The personnel was extremely helpful, doing their best to assist. Coffee and croissants at the dining area were fresh. The location was comfy, within a close distance from Chain Bridge.

This place has an amazing location, just a short walk away from a municipal museum, and it's conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk to downtown, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms here are modern in style and it's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station.

Excellent location for all the main sites! The hotel was perfectly situated for us to walk to all of the main attractions, including the Christmas Markets. It was an easy and pleasant walk from the main train station. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a convenient countertop. The enclosed shower stall prevented any water splashing. The cleaning staff was accommodating and cleaned our room later than usual. The breakfast was delicious with friendly staff and a variety of options. The hotel also held our luggage before check-in so we could start exploring right away.

Location, location, location. Great location, just steps from the Haupmarkt. Rate was very nice, considering the location and accommodations. Great wi-fi, very nice breakfast (for 10e) totally worth it. Rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff was extremely nice!

This is more a recommendation to visitors... We like everything about the hotel, considering it's in the heart of old Nuremberg. It's a city hotel, so you know that if there is an event, you will hear noise, we were ok with it. Parking is located in the same building but it's a public parking lot, so access to the hotel can be complicated but if you are traveling light, you shouldn't have a problem. Park first in Haupmarkt parking and then look for the hotel reception just next to the parking pay booth.

The bed was soft, room was bright & adequate. It had an exceptionally good view over the street. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, walking distance from a bustling square. It was not far from the waterfront, Cologne Cathedral, the center of the market, and the old town and Christmas market.

We stayed with our two children aged 3 and 5. The room was more than spacious enough to accomodate us. Excellent facilites, central location, a mere 100m walk to the Christmas markets. The staff very friendly and helpful.
